For news tips, include verifiable details: names, dates, documents, and contact information for sources we can reach independently. Anonymous tips are accepted, but actionable leads typically require enough specificity for us to begin verification.
Our newsroom operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Singapore. Messages received after 5:00 p.m. SGT or on weekends are queued for the next business day. For correction requests involving factual errors in published articles, please cite the specific headline, publication date, and the passage requiring amendment so our corrections desk can act promptly.
Press and partnership enquiries are handled separately from editorial submissions. MediaPitch does not guarantee coverage of any event, product launch, or organisational announcement. Invitations to press conferences are welcome but attendance does not oblige publication. For advertising enquiries unrelated to editorial content, indicate this clearly in your message subject line.
Office visits are available by appointment only. Our Keong Saik Road premises include a ground-floor reception and editorial workspace on the second storey. Wheelchair access is available via the building lift; please notify us in advance if you require assistance.
